Grow Inspire Sparkle, LLC (GIS) was established on May 22, 2022 to serve women by helping them face, deal with, and overcome issues from their past. In doing this they will discover a healthy self-image to achieve success in the present and in their futures. Grow Inspire Sparkle, LLC motivates others to reach their full God given potential through individual and group coaching, books, subscription boxes, and motivational speaking. The company also offers workshops, seminars, and discussion groups. Personal development and personal coaching inspire participants to develop their individual talents and live an optimal life. 
The mission of GIS is to help develop confident women of color who are able to:
- Effectively use strategies to cope with trauma in healthy ways
- Use knowledge to maintain healthy boundaries and relationships
- Practice self-love by putting themselves 1st
- Practice self-care on a regular basis
- Effectively set and attain goals

About the CEO
Kimberly, The “Authentic Life” Lady, is a certified Life Transformation Strategist with over 10 years of experience. She specializes in helping black women reclaim their lives, set empowering boundaries, master self-care rituals, and live authentically. Studies show that 70% of people struggle to prioritize themselves. Imagine a life where you are the priority of your story, Kimberly makes that your reality. She is based in Abu Dhabi, but works remotely with clients from all over the world. Her journey with transformation began while attending Restoration in Recovery at Faith Landmarks Ministries in Richmond, Virginia in 2010. There she began her own process of overcoming various forms of abuse in addition to growing up with an alcoholic family member which caused codependent behaviors. After completing the 12-step program for codependency Kimberly began working with other women with codependent issues as a leader with Faith Landmark Ministries. While there she found a love for seeing women transform and begin to live a life that they loved and herself drawn to life transformation. Kimberly realizes that when women heal it affects and inspires everyone around them.
